Een merk is net een mens, met persoonlijkheid en eigen karaktertrekken. Het ene merk is charismatisch, het andere vrolijk, soms chique of juist weer laagdrempelig. De kernwaarden van een organisatie of product laten we tot uitdrukking komen in het merk. Hiermee geven we uiting aan het (gewenste) imago en zorgen we voor herkenbaarheid.
